Processing Time All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Norway:
- Free shipping on all orders over 1,700 NOK
- All shipments include tracking
Europe (54 countries):
- Free shipping on all orders over 1,800 NOK
- All shipments include tracking
Rest of World:
- Shipping rate: 179 NOK
- Free shipping threshold: Orders over 1,900 NOK
- All shipments include tracking
Delivery Time
- Norway: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) For orders outside Norway, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
